"My hospital experience"

About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7)

(as the patient),

I have been in Monklands Hospital where I had my Gallbladder removed.

The surgeon Fred and all the staff in ward 4 were excellent and I received the best care and attention anyone could have had.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us such positive feedback on your experience as a patient in Ward 4 at University Hospital Monklands. I will be delighted to share this with Mr Ruzvidzo; the nursing staff, and all of the multi-disciplinary team who looked after you during your time with us.
