"Great care during Endoscopy Investigation"

About: Fairfield General Hospital

Appreciated the phone call arranging an early appointment due to a cancellation. The briefing for the use of the MOVIPREPX2 and my pre-procedure preparation was very good. All the printed information was very useful. Staff were very helpful during admission for treatment, I liked the checking of my details and request to use hand wash. Well organised ward, patients who were having difficulty were given helpful assistance.

Good friendly atmosphere on the ward. I liked the checks made to ensure I was getting the right procedure and understood what was happening.

I had some pain during my procedure and was given immediate treatment to manage this successfully. I was given great support by the staff throughout the procedure. It was great to get my results immediately and then have them explained over a cup of tea and biscuits during recovery.

All the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful, they worked well together as a team.

Many thanks to all involved in my treatment.
