I have recently joined this surgery having moved to the area.

This is the worst surgery I have ever been to.

I was on hold for 40 mins at 4pm just to be cut off and so another 40 mins wait ensued.

I have had 6 appointments here. Three times I have had to rebook because after waiting 45 mins - 1 hour 10 mins I had to pick up my daughter.

I have NEVER been seen with less than a 20 minute wait.

Their telephone booking system is ridiculous, don't bother, use the online app, this way you have more chance of getting an appointment.

I am in the middle of treatment at the moment but as soon as I can I will leave and go elsewhere even though this is more convenient for my family.

The thought of booking an appointment and having to use this GP surgery really puts a stress on me.

If I could give no stars I would.

Thank you for your comments on NHS Choices website.

I am very sorry that you did not get to see your doctor on time.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to avoid or predict waiting times due to the nature of our services. As you may be aware all our patients are offered standard 10min long appointments. However, often appointments require longer than that and inevitably following appointments are therefore delayed.

I would like to assure you that all our clinical staff are working hard and are trying their best to avoid long waiting times.

If you would like to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to contact our practice manager.
