My mum was admitted to A & E today and I arrived to meet a member of staff in A & E who updated me on her condition .

He was not only professional with his knowledge but wonderfully compassionate with my brother and I . From then on , my mother was well looked after, observed and we were all kept up to date.

Thank you so much for all you do every day . You certainly do not receive the credit you deserve - and many of us believe that you should be more honoured than doctors or consultants with your ongoing compassion with every different situation and your immeasurable care and thought.
