This annual service provided by the practice is run both smoothly, efficiently and very professionally from the first contact from the practice to the actual vaccination.
Following the receipt of a text message to invite me for my annual vaccination, to my making the appointment, receiving a reminder the day before my appointment and then the seamless check in at the surgery, I have nothing but praise for the staff concerned and the smooth running of this operation.
As I am over 65, I received FLAUD, a vaccine developed to specifically protect the older generation. The nurse fully checked my health details and then explained why I was receiving this vaccine. Also, I received a printed explanation about the vaccine.
My appointment was on time and sensitively dealt with.
