About: Stratford Hospital

Thoroughly disgusted with the professionalism exhibited by the three members of staff. Made to feel like we were wasting their time by attending a unit whose remit is described by the NHS website as totally appropriate for my wife’s ear problem. Staff kept saying that we should’ve rung 111 to be directed to a GP service - that had just closed for the day - immensely helpful. Do not attend this facility if you value your dignity. Shame on you.
