I have been a great admirer of Sheffield Royal Hallamshire Hospital Eye Clinic for a while now, having been treated by a consultant who was amazing.

Last week, my Partner was having a problem with his eye and I persuaded him to go to the Eye Clinic. What fantastic treatment in the emergency walk in Clinic. The doctor treated my husband with immediate laser surgery to prevent him from losing his sight in one eye. He had a detached retina and the doctor did laser treatment on the same day. They also telephoned my husband later that evening to see how he was going on and to give him a clinic appointment to see the Consultant. Our thanks. My husband has sent in a letter too thanking them.
