"Impossible to get an appointment"

About: Cloister Road Surgery

I have trying to get an appointment for the past 10 days and there are no appointments available - getting through on the telephone is also a challenge - kept on hold for a long time - this never used to be the case in the past - how does one get to see a doctor if this carries on ? I need to consult the doctor for my elderly mother but I am just waiting for some appointment to be available but I have had no joy !
