"Polite service by reception staff"

About: Wokingham Medical Centre

My husband and I have always received excellent service both from the reception staff and the Doctors. I came in yesterday to make a face to face appointment with my Doctor and was immediately given the option of two dates in just 10 days time which suited me well. I’ve also had to see the nurses recently a number of times to have a dressing changed on my leg. Each time I didn’t have to wait and was dealt with in a very professional manner. I know there are very busy times especially for the reception staff but they do their best to help everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment about our reception staff. The reception team work extremely hard to manage the needs of our patients within the practice. This is one of the hardest roles within the practice as they work under sometimes demanding conditions. Your comments have been passed to our team which they will like to hear them as they do not always here such positive remarks.
