Having been a patient for 7 years at this practice I have always found the GPs to have an uncaring attitude with regards to my chronic medical problems. I went in yesterday after hearing that there was a change in the doctors and what a change ! I was so surprised to be seen by a doctor who actually cared and wanted to help me. He reviewed all by medicines and made some practical changes. I was really impressed by the professionalism of the doctor.
