"very happy with care provided"

I had not realised this review system was in operation or would have left a review earlier.

I have recently had a hip replacement and was experiencing quite a lot of pain. I called into the surgery to deliver my discharge letter from the hospital. Once I explained that I was in pain the receptionist arranged an appointment for an hour and a half later. The GP I saw was very kind and checked what medication I had already. She prescribed stronger pain killers and this got the pain under control.

A few weeks later I returned to have the staples removed from the surgery. I was given an appointment that fitted in with my family. The nurse followed all of the strict hygiene protocols and made sure I wasn't in too much pain. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

All in all I am very happy with the service provided by Wootton Vale and am happy to recommend the surgery to new patients.
