"Never got a treatment"

I been through different health problem since I'm in the Uk and I am seriously shocked the way they just ignore patients needs. I got booked a smear test and the receptionist didn't tell me I couldn't do because I'm not 24 (even though I've done 1 while I was in Italy founding out an ectoprion) so I just wasted time waking up at 7:30 for nothing. I just needed the therapy but this is the 3rd time I need to go back to my country to heal. The NHS in general is such a waste of time.

We pay taxes for this inefficient service where they prefer to save money and take care of you only if you're going to die. During the war we would probably have a better treatment.

If you are a woman and need a gynecologist or anything like that they would just send you to different places that send you to another places until the problem has gone itself, probably if you search treatments on google it would give you a better answer (nurses use google to find medicines eccipients... I was speechless!)

So bad. I'd rather spend 400£ for my flight and my family doctor's visit than waste my time for booking appointments in this clinic.
