From the moment I entered Beckenham beacon l was treated very professionally from the receptionists to the doctors. They were also very courteous and nothing seemed too much trouble. My experience was one of surprise, given the negative press regarding NHS hospitals on the tv and in the press. From my own experience I thought you were outstanding. congratulations to all the staff at Beckenham beacon hospital, keep up the good work.
