Post natal at Alexandra, some of the staff are rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't advice anyone to come here. West Middlesex has a better postnatal .

I am sorry that you found some of the staff rude and unhelpful on Alexandra ward during your stay here. I would be very happy to discuss your experiences here to enable me to improve the service we provide for women. I believe the staff are hardworking and conscientious and endeavour to give family centred care of the highest standard, but your comments would suggest otherwise and I would be keen to resolve this.
