The surgery has been going through some issues in regards to appointments which the practice is working on to improve. I have faith in the GPs that they will resolve this issue as soon as they can.

The GPs care, listen to you and always have involved me in treatment options. I have always been treated with dignity and respect.

In the past several weeks I did have some issues and raised these with the practice manager who resolved my issues in a timely manner. The practice manager is very helpful.

Instead of leaving bad reviews I suggest patients make the surgery aware of what it is they are struggling with, it is unfair to leave negative reviews when the surgery is not being provided a chance to resolve issues that patients may have.

If the GPs are not aware how can patients expect them to address their concerns.

My advice is if you are suffering from any issues please call the practice and ask to speak with the practice manager who will be more than happy to help you resolve issues you maybe having.

I would like to thank the GPs and practice manager for always listening to me, addressing my concerns and invloving me in my treatment.
