"My baby and tonsillitis"

I visited the accident and emergency department for children on the 18/09/18. This was regarding my son because he had been unwell with a cough, cold and a temerature. He was sweating preusley and being his mother I was genially worried about him. A couple of hours before I had taken him to the doctors, they prescribed anitibiotics. But I was still concerned as he was not his usual happy self. When I arrived at the hospital with my son. The nurse who booked my son in at triage was very deceiving, her communication and body language was appalling she genially looked like she couldn’t be bothered. She asked me if children’s services were involved and I answered no because my case was closed with children’s services regarding my son over 4 months ago. She later on discussed this down the corridor with the doctor and me and both my friend could hear what she was saying. This made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel as if I was prejudged because of having previous involvement with children’s services wich was no fault of my own and all accusations and alligations were proven wrong. And I have proven to be a fantastic mother to my baby. However little did I know a staff memeber also Contacted my sons health visitor, to ask her if my son had a social worker. My health visitor replied no!. Stating my case was closed. This staff “member” went behind my back and discussed myself and my child without my permission or consent even tho I had confirmed there was no social work involement!. I should of been noticifed and asked for my consent for my information to be shared as this is a breach of data protection. I would understand this if there was safeguarding concerns.! But there isn’t, this nurse/ staff member was just trying to fish for information to cause more distress. Dispite the nurse being deceitful the doctor who looked after my son was brilliant and diagnosed him with tonsillitis and told us what the best course of action was and if was still concerned to come back.

I would like anything signifying that I am involved with children’s services removing from mine and my sons file as my case is officially closed and there was no evidence of abuse!. If this does not happen I will be taking legal, action as this is breech of data protection, slander and deprecation of character. Thank you.
