About: Guy's Hospital

I have been waiting over one year for the dental department to sort out an infection.

I'm lucky that it has not turned to septis in this time. They eventually sent me back to my own dentist that extracted the tooth and pus poured out of the gum. They had kept cancelling appointments and putting me into the wrong clinic.

Dental staff are polite but other members of staff totally ignores you when you walk in and ignore you until they are ready to talk to you, despite you saying excuse me.

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry hear about the long wait you have experienced which has been compounded further by administrative problems. We would like to apologise for this and for the rudeness from staff that you met. This is not acceptable. We will share your feedback with the management team for the department so that they can work witht he team to improve this.
