"My Gp practice for the last 30 years"

My husband and I have been patients of this practice for 30+ years and in that time have seen doctors and staff come and go. Yes there are sometimes locum doctors but with all of this we would still say that the staff are fantastic. I see the practice at least once a month, we get to know all the reception staff and find them to be extremely helpful. We see a doctor who has been absolutely superb as a Gp and has cared for us both through some difficult health probelems. I like the fact that you make an appointment and they send a text to remind you of it. You go in to get repeat medicines and it is sent direct to the pharmacy and you can check with the reception staff when prescriptions are due. I can have my blood tests and other tests done at the centre and they ring to make flu vaccine appointments. Considering it's all nhs and not private I think the service we get is fantastic.
