Great care now compared to the awful experience I had before the FiCare project. I had 5 babies in the last 8 years and I remember only too well how it used to be. Nicole is doing miracles there! Many thanks, you are doing great job with your staff!

Hi MotherBunny, thanks so much for your great feedback. I am sorry that your experience was so poor in the past but delighted that family integrated care has made such a huge difference.

Nicole and her dedicated, committed team have indeed done wonders with the implementation of FiCare and continue to go from strength to strength in their unfailing support of families in the NNU. I will ensure that this feedback is shared with the whole team as they have all done a great job in supporting the changes.
