I agree with another of the reviews out there. One particular doctor is lacking communication skills and miss diagnosed my eye infection. He prescribed hay fever eye drops and pills, despite my attempt to explain that I don't have hay fever symptoms. My left eye is not itchy but in pain. He stated that I can have hay fever symptoms only in one eye. He was quite rude, rushing the appointment and did not want to listen to all my symptoms, stating that I have to focus on one single condition. After the wrong medications were prescribed, my condition became worse immediately over night. I had to call 111 and speak to a doctor. They adviced me to ring the practice and schedule same day appointment with another doctor. Once I called the next morning the clinic could not provide me with an appointment with another doctor. If you are expecting to receive dignified treatment with attention and care, don't go to this doctor!
