I went on to the website and put in my worries and issues and was told I would hear by 6pm the following day. They were so quick I got a phone call at 900am saying they have emailed me but as they have realised I have an appointment later to just come in and pick up the x-ray referral.
The staff were quick, efficient and took into account what would be easier for me. I liked the service as I didn't feel I could talk to a doctor face to face about this issue as I have already gone in a few times about my knee and didn't want to waste time.
The system saved me time travelling and waiting to be seen. Plus because of it being so accessible I was able to put my concerns over at 11pm and hear back less than 12 hours later. The staff were quick and helpful. I also felt that I could go into more depth than in a 10 minute appointment and think of all the dates and times I had my problem. It is a good service.
