"Excellent care and attention from the team at..."

I contacted the surgery today, was given an appointment for today without any problem. I found that the receptionist who dealt with me was caring in her manner and efficient. I saw my own doctor within 2 hours of making the appointment. The doctor listened carefully to my issues, he examined me thoroughly and discussed his diagnosis, taking time to answer my questions. I felt that I was not rushed and was given sufficient time during the consultation for it to be meaningful. I was also told how and when I would be followed up if needed.

Approximately one month ago I underwent NHS screening with a nurse at the surgery - the nurse was again thorough - explaining in detail the outcome of simple investigations that were carried out on the day & discussing possible lifestyle changes.

Excellent service from everyone at Parklands Surgery. I cannot thank them enough.
