I would first of all like to thank all the staff of the ward, also the physiotherapist and occupational therapist, all who work on the ward for the treatment I received last week , They all work as a team and I for one was thoroughly happy with the treatment I received.
I have one complaint though and it has nothing to do with the staff, The ward is a busy ward and I am not sure of the total number of patients, but from what I saw on the two bays that I was on there were at least 17 women.
I do realise that they are all at different levels of care but as an orthopedic ward that pushes mobility there is only one toilet and wash basin and one toilet, wash basin and wet room shower , So in encouraging us to use the facilities you found yourself having to wait in a queue.
In my opinion this was very poor more toilets are required. Not every one can be quick .
