I telephoned the surgery last week to make an appointment for myself and my almost 90 year old husband to have flu vaccinations.
I was told they didn't have the vaccine and I should go to Boots.
I managed to get an appointment at Boots for today but it was cancelled as they have no vaccine.
I telephoned the surgery again to be told they still had no vaccine and to try Superdrug.
I telephoned Superdrug to be told they didn't do the vaccination for over 65s.
I am amazed the sugery hasn't at least made provision for those with serious health problems (my husband suffers from serous heart failure).
Surely the NHS should have this vaccine before local pharmacies.
I finally managed to get an appointment at Boots in Coulsdon for the vaccinations next week as they weren't expecting any fresh supplies until then.
