About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Arrived on time and told 40 minute delay.

One hour 30 minutes later

Still waiting. Why bother giving times, and confirming by sms when you can’t keep them.

Had to leave wife and go back to the car

As Parking was running out.

This hospitals service is a complete joke, and causing patients too much stress.

I am sorry to hear about the delays that you and your wife experienced at our orthopaedic outpatient clinic.
