"Fantastic care"

I attended today for a gynaecology appointment. Not only was I seen 10.minutes early but the care was superb. I've worked in the NHS as a nurse for the past 25 years and know that care can be variable. However, staff introduced themselves to me, I was kept informed at every stage and every care was taken to ensure my dignity and that I was comfortable throughout. I was not looking forward to attending but everything went well, the staff were lovely, it was easy to book my next appointment and I was given all the information I needed. Thank you for such wonderful care.
