"nose bleed/house looked liked chain saw massacre"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

brought to a&e by paramedics 31/7/18 early evening couldnt stop the bleeding they tried the nose clips, in my case they didnt work very well. when it was my turn i was seen by a dr who did her best to stop it ,as this didnt work the decision to pack was made.she was honest and said it would hurt

Oh boy was she right i tho ght she was going to cry reassuring me every few seconds within 30 seconds the deed was done or so i thought until i realised the air/water were to follow.when bed was available i was admitted to 8d & stayed for 3 days..lived on salad during my stay as i couldnt av anthing hot on the friday before discharge nose was cauterized and i was on my way home.Prior to admission i had had some headaches for several days and still didnt think a&e more they will be busy with poorly people >The sad part is i was a ward sister for 35yrs before retiring surprising what you do when rolls are reversed

Your review rating is wrong it should read 1 to 100 & then there still wouldnt be enough room i think you could be more critical in my case but Oh NO read some of your other reviews im sure some people are just selfish you cannot please everybody all of the time

I have a bfd post code but your hosp for me is nearer more efficient and treatment is 2nd to none i would give everybody involved in my care 98% the other 2 being a buffer so nobody gets complacent & thinks they know everything

THANK YOU! another review shortly which i hope will make everything self explanatory
