We had to take our 2 year old to the RUH on a busy saturday night because he had breathing difficulties. The care he received from the receptionist in ED, the triage nurse, ED Doctor, through to the porters, ward nurses, HCAs and Paediatric Doctor was exemplary. My son, and we as parents, were made to feel relaxed that we were receiving the best possible care. Well done team.
