The locum Doctor I saw was very condescending regarding a diagnosis of breast cancer and mastectomy referring to it as a 'recent little scare', as a result I completed a complaint form to the surgery and as yet I have not received an acknowledgement from the surgery.
With exception of a few staff, the surgery has lost the ability and compassion to interact with its patients.
"Disappointed"
