"Westgate Cares"

I should like to record my sincere thanks to the Westgate Surgery team for their assistance, specifically during the last two months.

I would like to "single out" one particular staff member as both my wife and I have spoken with her on many occasions.

The last couple of months have been quite traumatic concerning my health and has necessitated responses from one particular doctor urgently. This staff member has facilitated this in a courteous, professional and empathetic way and when she has commented that she will phone back within a set period of time, has always done so.

Her calm manner has certainly helped reduce the stress that both my wife and I have been under.
