"Admitted to A&E department Sunday 07/10/18"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Accident and emergency

I came to the QE because I was SOB

I was not kept waiting for very long before going through to Triage .The triage nurse was kind, and caring and was very efficient

I went into the A&E promptly and was seen by the Sister and then the Doctor and treatment

was implemented

.I would just like to say Thank You to all members of the Staff there .

The memory that I will take away with me is of

Kindness, caring, empathy and professionalism.

Of the Staff

Having people that took their time to listen especially when you are short of breathe is very reassuring and much needed at the time

So once again Thank You

Thank you for posting your comments about your recent experience in our A&E department. It was pleasing to hear that you were not kept waiting long and that you were treated so well by all the team that were caring for you. I will be sharing your comments with all the team in A&E as I know that they will appreciate your kind words especially in relation to the memories you will be taking with you. I hope that you continue to recover from your recent poor health.

Kind regards

Emma Harrison
