"worst Service ever"

I have terminal cancer and thank god I have a McMillan nurse or I would get no care. I know the receptionists are busy but they are so rude. I went in one day to pick up a prescription the lady at the computer looked at me and then ignored me. When I stepped forward she looked up and said "wait" after a few minutes I explained that i could not stand for very long and needed a prescription. She told me to take a seat and she would call me over when she was ready I was there waiting for 20 minutes. If I put my prescription in online items I need are often neglected.

I find the reception staff intimidating.
