(as a relative),

My elderly mum had took ill and 2 paramedics both women were fantastic with her 1 was called Natalie not sure of other 1 my mum couldn't praise them enough so pleasant and helpful, very friendly mum felt very relaxed around them knew she was in safe hands, can't thank them enough

I am sorry to read that your mum has had reason to use our services and I do hope that she is on the road to a full recovery.
