"my daughters visit to a and e"

About: East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust

my daughter visited your a and e last week having trapped her hand in a car door she was told after her x ray she had two broken knuckles all she recieved in a form off treatment was two pieces off tape with some cotton wool in the middle at the least she should have been put in some kind off splint.you are celebrating 70 years off the nhs maybe you should concentrate on treating your patients profesionally and with care you should be ashamed off yourselves for the way you treat her she had not been drinking or is she a malingerer she works and pays her taxes so she should expect a better service than what you gave her.
