"MS TEAM"

Hi,

I would like to say a huge thank you to the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Team at Poole Hospital. The nurses, receptionists & Admin staff are always patient, friendly & helpful. My neurologist is a specialist in Multiple Sclerosis, everything is always explained to me& I am included in decisions about my treatments. I am still trying to remain independent & go on my own if I can, a short report of our meeting is written to my GP and sent to me so I can show my husband canread what has happened, as I don’t always remember everything!? Thank you for doing that, it is very helpful. My physiotherapist who works in Neuro Rehab is an expert at finding the root of my physical problems, the points on my body that need treatment then treating the areas effectively and accurately. The attention to detail in my latest treatment today was spot on. My physiotherapist is polite, friendly, efficient, thorough, very knowledgeable and an expert in her field really, a first class Physio, who is a credit to Poole Hospital. The accuracy of treatment always gets me back on my feet again, I would be severely disabled if it wasn’t for this treatment.

This saying sums up all departments at Poole Hospital for me;

“The good Consultant treats the disease, the great Consultant treats the patient who has the disease.”
