"Fantastic surgery & support towards me & my..."

Myself & family have been registered to the surgery for a number of years, numerous major & minor health obstacles later, we honestly could not be more thankful. Our first GP at this surgery sadly died suddenly & it affected us as if it was someone from our own family. A number of times my condition went missed at a&e & if it wasn’t for this particular GP I would no longer be here, who made sure i was sent to ressus immediately. My mothers & fathers health issues have always been dealt with utmost importance. & the two doctors we see as well as the new GP have all been fantastic. As with every surgery, having an excellent admin/reception team is equally as important & 4 of the receptionists in particular have been amazing throughout the years. Always dealt with issues professionally & taking care of issues where they have arisen. I could not be more thankful for them, at times where I have been desperate & mistakenly left things too late, they have sorted for me by going above & beyond. I reccomend Redlam Surgery who are there to help & do all they can to make sure everything is kept on top off & all neccesary checks are carried out as & when needed. The receptionist team do all they can to be accomodating and understanding towards your needs. Thank you so much.
