made a formal complaint on 5 July about my wife's treatment before her death in hospital in June 2018,initially no contact after acknowledgement
Contacted complaints department in August and was told the procedure was delayed and they had forgotten to contact me to explain the delay but they were waiting for one more bit of information
Have had numerous contact with officers and managers but still no response, was promised an update yesterday and guess what no call or contact from the manager yet again.
nearly 100 days in and still a total lack of care and compassion shown by this hospital for bereaved husband
