"ENT DEPARTMENT"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

I have just been for my 3rd visit to the ENT Department since June. Yes, this is an extremely busy department but i have received nothing but respect and understanding from all members of staff. I saw a consultant this time who was very thorough ans explained my condition in great detail and put my mind at rest by doing a repeat procedure of putting the camera up my nose and into my throat. He also printed out the photos and pointed out what was there. Also thanks to another staff member who saw me on a previous visit. All rhe staff our very busy but make time to explain what is going on around you. Too many rude, impatient people when i was there. They should understand that apppintments do sometimes take longer than expected and you may have a bit of a wait! Well done to all the staff. ????
