"The receptionist I knew and know now are..."

I've never has a problem in getting an appointment wether it's for myself or any family member or relative. The old receptionist, have always done an outstanding job. They didn't see it as a job but humanity. The receptionist I know now always go above and beyond to help us. One receptionist was a star today as always I needed an appointment for my nephew and she fitted us in as he really is unwell. They are all very friendly welcoming and speak to you in a friendly manner. Always smiling even if abuse is throw their way by angry patients but they still stay calm. I miss the old staff and hope the ones we have now don't go anywhere and stay. Four doctors are/ was a brilliant beyond brilliant doctor's. We do need another sexual health clinic back in the surgery. Two staff members used to run them. We also miss the brilliant team of nurse's we once had at the surgery. One nurse, thanks for sticking around. Two staff members always try and help as much as they can wether it's over the phone or in person. Thank you. If someone doesn't understand English they will speak in their home language to help the other patient's. One Dr outstanding always seems to amaze patients by helping them even when he can't or time has ran out to be seen. The Dr's I have mentioned and the receptionist stick around.
