"Rude and unprofessional reception staff"

About: The Wembley Practice

I saw Dr on 07/09/2018.Dr adivsed me to book bloodtest.When i went to reception,the lady was not even paying attention to me.She seems to be more interested in what her colleague were chatting rather than dealing with patients.I did my CT scan,i called Surgery to book an apt with Dr to discuss result,as i was concerned about it.i have been told by reception staff that i cant book apt because they dont have results in the system.I told them that i have report with me.Then lady said if i can take the report to surgery,they will look into it.Or if i can email it to surgery i will receive a call back.I emailed the report on friday.I called surgery again on tuesday evening as i haven't heard anything and asked about it.The girl at reception replied very rudely about it saying that she doesn't know why her colleague said that and i should ask it to manager.i mean seriouslly?Is this how your reception solves pt querries..i am not really happy with the way i get responses from reception
