On arrival in Emergency Department, I met the Receptionist who acknowledged me and took my details.
I was triaged very quickly and was given a full explanation of what would happen next.
The auxillary nurse Lindsay, I think, took me into a room for an ECG and she was very pleasant and professional and came back to let me know the next steps.
I was then taken through to trolleys, where I was seen by all the relevant personnel and everyone involved in my care took a lot of time to check I understood what wa happening. I felt very well looked after and all staff were very helpful, I didn't get all the names, but Mia was one of the nurses.
I was discharged home reassured that all was well, with advice re follow-up should it be necessary.
Thank you to everyone on shift.
