"no results and no contact"

I was sent to the ophthalmology department regarding a lump that needed an MRI scan. I had to reschedule an appointment and instead the dept cancelled it and discharged me. I have since been waiting over a month for the results. every time you call the department you have to leave a voice mail which no one responds to. I have also tried to contact the PALS department but again no response. I've tried phone, email and online contact form but I can not get an answer from any method of contact.

I had a very expensive scan on the NHS and I cannot believe that it is this difficult to get the result.
