"Excellent and kind care given to a very dependent..."

About: Warwick Hospital

What I liked

My elderly mother was a patient in Victoria Ward following a severe stroke. She required total care and was not likely to recover. She stayed for 5 weeks before she passed away. The staff were always attentive, and were very kind to me and to her. She was treated with respect and I was included in decisions regarding her future needs. I was able to visit whenever I wanted and the medical staff were always able to find time to talk to me about her progress.

What could be improved

It's always difficult to find a parking space during visiting hours, sometimes it is impossible. I don't know what could be done to improve this, but something needs to be done.

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment about your experience with us. I will pass your comments on to the staff on Victoria Ward.

Car parking is an issue that the Trust is aware of and we are currently undertaking some work to try and make improvements for our patients, visitors and staff. If you would like to speak to me about this further please contact me at the below address.

Kind regards
