I left an urgent answer message on this number Fri 5 October for a call back I recontacted the service again Tues 9 Oct only to be told there is no trace of the message I left so had to go through the circumstances again
I suspect calls going unanswered is usual as I was instructed to recontact the service again " if I dont hear anything by tomorrow"
We have contacted this service in the past to be told that both my in laws accounts " had been cancelled" Both of which use incontinence pads anf had run out
My mum in laws details were incorrect and when my husband called at the clinic in desperation to try to obtain emergency supplies, he was told they dont stock any. Staff appear to be deliberately obstructive and in our experience, patients accounts are not managed correctly. As this is a service for potentially vulnerable people who may not have the support of others, it is disturbing to experience this behaviour.
I am happy to discuss further if you would like to pass on these comments to the Practice Manager and ask that they call me
