About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived everything that was goin to happen was explained, I was asked what I preferred to be called and each person dealing with me intoduced themselves, I have to admit I was quite worried before I arrived but was soon put at ease and can't Thank them enough for the way they treated me

Dear Maray

Thank you so much for posting your kind comments about your experience in Endoscopy at Pilgrim. We all know how daunting a visit to Endoscopy is due to the procedures undertaken in the department and the staff work hard to try to put patients at ease. It is always good to know that they are helping patients in this way. I will ensure that the staff are aware of your comments.

Once again thank you so much and I wish you good health

Kind Regards

Julie Scott
