"No help from the hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital / Accident and emergency Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I have attended the New Cross Hospital over 80 times with chest pains and other physical problems. I mostly go to A&E or the Urgent Care Clinic where I am kept waiting for 6-12 hours but no one wants to give me any pain relief.

I need to know what is wrong with me and why I get pains and palpitations and am disappointed that no one does anything.

I have been referred to PALs and have spoken to them but there has been no change. The doctor has said there is no treatment for me.

When I go to the Queen Elizabeth hospital to the A&E  they take my blood pressure and take blood and they say I should go to my local hospital, New Cross, as all my notes are there,

Thank you very much for taking the time to post comments regarding your recent patient experience.

I am sorry for any distress this matter has caused and that the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) service was unable to help. Your GP may be able to enable further support for you.

Kindest Regards
