Today I took my elderly father to receive treatment at the Physiotherapy unit at North Manchester General.
This was his second visit.
I have to say from the initial enquiry at the unit a few months ago to today we have received nothing but considerate and dedicated care. From the reception/admin staff to the practitioner who administered his treatment.
They are always cheerful and polite on the telephone, and return calls when we have made enquiries.
The appointments have been at a time that is practical for us being able to get my father there.
Once there the waiting time has been absolutely in time with the appointment time and the practitioner exceptionally friendly, respectful and caring. The whole experience reassures an 88 year old gent with a hospital phobia and we could not ask for more.
