"Visit to ED"

My daughter had already been to basingstoke the previous week with a very sore eye. After 4 1/2 she was seen. Not very impressed by staff at all.

Our visit to

FrImly was amazing. We were checked in by friendly reception staff. Although busy we were seen within half hour. The amazing lady that saw us was patient as my daughter couldn't see and took a while to get to the consultant room.

She turned the lights off and gave her some drops to relieve the pain. Immediately checking both her eyes she had diagnosed the problem. She discussed in detail with the consultant what to do and then wrote a cover note to basingstoke telling them exactly what she had done so that there were no mistakes next time. We left the ed feeling relieved and happy knowing she would be on the mend within hours where as basingstoke had left her in agony. I cannot praise the lady (sister or nurse?) Enough. Amazing lady. Thank you.
