I left a review a few days ago but haven't had a response. Also please stop injecting my boyfriend with drugs how is that going to help his mental health in any way?! He just needs someone to listen to him and believe him, not to be treated badly

Trust staff are required to undertake assessment and treatment specific to individual’s needs and endeavour to work in collaboration with the service user to provide support.

In line with our organisational values and behaviours, it is our ethos that people who use our services and their families are at the centre of everything we do.

When engaging with service users and their families, we should actively listen, involve and engage them in discussions and decisions relating to their or their relative’s care to ensure the best outcome and I am so sorry that you were let down in this respect.
