(as a service user),

I am delighted when Jenny visits me, she can drop by anytime. Jenny put me completely at my ease, she is a such a lovely person. She comes  now and then to check that everything is alright, giving me and my husband lots of advise on how to manage better with older age. It's lovely to know that the community health team are there, very reassuring that we are being looked after.
